At the May LRA meeting a question was asked of Tim Holding about the state governments stance on providing money for Brooklands Green. Minister Holding said that the government had requested a business case from Casey Council. Cr Stapledon didn't have much of a response at that time but shortly after sent me (as LRA President) an email with further info from City of Casey. The body of that email is:

With reference to the attached and Minister Holding advising that the State Government are awaiting a business case from Casey Council, may I bring to your attention that a business case has been submitted to the State Government on three occasions.

I apologise for not having that information to speak on last night but wanted to send this to you to allow you to disseminate this via your distribution list. Please let me know if you wish me to print copies to hand out at your next meeting. I am particularly keen for the gentleman who enquired about Council's position re; the Fighting Fund be given a copy to provide him with further information around this issue. Thank you.
